Leon Rosewater

Raised between rural and suburban North Carolina, there’s a dissonance between Leon Rosewater’s punk rock spirit and country roots that informs his particular brand of indie Americana. While unafraid to wear influences on his sleeves, Rosewater manages to wield a powerful singular voice to speak to the struggles of working class life in the modern age. Rosewater cut his teeth playing in NC-based bands Oberlin, BLue Frequency, and The Dead Ringers before striking out on his own.
